Q: What if my package was returned to sender?
A: Your contest entries and merchandise delivery are handled separately. When you place an order, your contest entries are automatically sent to our third-party sweepstakes firm, Viral Sweep, and your merchandise is sent to our warehouse for shipping. If a package is returned, your entries remain valid. Contact us with your correct address so we can resend your package.

A: We are currently shipping merchandise to the United States and Canada.

A: All sales are final. We process your sweepstakes entries immediately upon purchase, which are submitted automatically to our sweepstakes management company. Due to the nature of these entries, we cannot offer refunds as the entries cannot be withdrawn or modified once submitted.
Q: Can I exchange merchandise purchased?
A: Yes, we accept exchanges for items that are in new, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We will send the exchanged item back to you at no additional cost. Exchanges must be of equal or greater value; we do not offer refunds on exchanges that would result in a downgrade in value.
